We buy direct from producers we have met or can name, favouring traceable lots with harvest dates and farmgate transparency over anonymous commodity grades.

Roast to order
Your coffee is roasted within days of dispatch, never warehoused for months. We profile each origin for its best expression, not a house blend compromise.
Step 3
Cup before release
Every batch is cupped blind against our reference standards. If it does not pass, it does not ship. No exceptions, no shortcuts.
